Refund policy
Cancellation Period:
Customers have the right to cancel their order within 48 hours of placing the order, provided that the order has not been processed or shipped. After this period, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation Procedure:
To cancel an order, customers must contact the artist by email at sarahmaddoxphoto@outlook.com. Please include the order number and reason for cancellation in your communication.
Successful Cancellation:
If the cancellation request is received within the stipulated time frame and the order has not been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process.
Damaged/Lost Items:
In the event that your item is delivered damaged or not delivered when expected, report the issue by email to sarahmaddoxphoto@outlook.com. Your email should be provided within 3 days of the delivery date (or within 3 days of the item being determined lost), describe the issue, and provide evidence of damage if relevant.
Where the report is accepted and not disputed, lost or damaged items will be refunded or replaced at the sole discretion of the artist.
